Dr. Michael Orskog is a 1982 Graduate of Kirksville High School. After graduating he attended Truman State University, University of Missouri Columbia, and Central Missouri State University earning a B.S. Degree. Dr. Orskog then went to flight school to obtain his Commercial Pilot's and Flight Instructor's Licenses and returned to Kirksville and flew several years at the Kirksville Airport. He flew charter flights, gave flight instruction, and flew the scheduled flight between Kirksville and Kansas City that they had at the time.
Dr. Orskog left aviation to pursue a career in Chiropractic. Dr. Orskog returned to school at Truman State University, to take the required prerequisites, where he met his future wife Melinda. Dr. Orskog attended Cleveland Chiropractic College in Kansas City graduating in 1998. Upon Graduating Dr. Orskog returned to Kirksville and has been in practice now for over 14 years.
Dr. Orskog holds his certification through the National Board of Chiropractic Examiners and the Missouri State Board of Chiropractic Examiners. Dr. Orskog spends the majority of his time with his wife and two young children. He is actively involved with his church and is a Member of the Rotary Club.
